About Us

Jenae C. McPhatter is the President and Founder of EVRO, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization supporting workplace accessibility and inclusion of individuals with disabilities and the neurodivergent. Jenae holds a Master’s Degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology/Communication Disorders, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities and the neurodivergent. Jenae is a goal-oriented leader, adept at strategy development, training and coaching, and DEIA.
